Meet  Emma

PXL_20250115_205318515_edited_edited.jpg

Hello. I'm Emma.

I came to counselling through a winding and wonderfully unconventional path — as an actor, stand-up comedian, writer and late-diagnosed neurodivergent person who has navigated anxiety, depression and breast cancer along the way.

That lived experience shapes everything I do. I returned to university driven by a desire to help others, earning an Honours degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work. I've never stopped learning since.

Outside the therapy room I'm a gardener, lino print artist, pond-keeper and devoted pet parent.

I'm a writer, artist, comedian and counsellor — and I'm genuinely passionate about helping you thrive.
